Data Deletion Instructions

These instructions explain how to request deletion of your AdLoft account data and how to disconnect Meta integrations. AdLoft is owned and operated by STACKTRACKER LTD.

1. Disconnect Meta from AdLoft

Sign in at https://adloft.ai/login
Go to Ad Accounts
Remove or disconnect linked Meta ad accounts for your organization

You may also revoke AdLoft in Meta: Meta Settings → Business integrations → remove AdLoft. Meta may retain data under Meta's own policies.

2. Delete your AdLoft account and organization data

Email support@adloft.aifrom the email address registered on your account with the subject line “AdLoft Data Deletion Request”.

Include:

Your full name
Account email address
Organization name(s) to delete

We will verify your identity and delete your user account and associated organization data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records).

3. Cancel billing before deletion

If you have an active subscription, cancel it first in the Service under Settings → Billing (Stripe Customer Portal) to avoid further charges.
